Consumables for vacuum pump | Common Troubleshooting of Vacuum Pumps
1. High temperature failure
Oil pump, the place where the pump body is high temperature needs to be checked: the water supply is not in good condition, the oil is dirty, the oil contains a lot of water, the oil friction in the pump, the oil circulation is not smooth, etc.
Dry pump, the place where the pump body is high temperature needs to be checked: the water supply is not in good condition (low water pressure, waterway blockage), there are many internal impurities and friction occurs, and the rotor is beat due to bearing damage, etc.
2. Noise
The noise problem is judged in the same way for the oil pump or the dry pump: confirm the source of the noise, whether the motor, gear end, exhaust pipe, whether the fixing of the pump body is shaking, the inside of the pump body, etc.
3. Can't work
There are two situations in which the pump cannot be operated: the pump body is stuck and the electrical failure occurs.
If the pump body is stuck, you can manually rotate the rotor or the main shaft by manually intervening on the rotor of the pump body to see if it can be rotated.
Electrical failure: abnormal power supply, or abnormal motor.
